Emily’s introduction to eastern Canada’s cinematography guild IATSE 667 has allowed her to grow, learn and work alongside world-class directors of photography such as Dana Gonzales ASC, Marcell Rev ASC, Christopher Norr ASC, and many more. She cherishes these opportunities, which provided her the confidence to shoot her first long format projects, “Trapped” a feature film directed by Paul Persic and “Garvey's Ghost” a TV-series directed by Frances-Anne Solomon. Emily prides herself on providing equal opportunities to underrepresented LGBTQ+ and BIPOC individuals in the film industry on every project to give back to the community that helped her when she first began her career in the film industry with zero opportunities or networks.
